My husband, Nick, and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary in LaHaina, Maui
on September 11, 2006. We returned to Maui with both our 25 yr old son and 22 yr old daughter along for the trip two years later...September 11, 2008.
The first trip I went in a wheelchair and on crutches, much in need of a knee replacement. My poor hubby pushed me around that whole island. The second trip I was able to walk everywhere on two new titanium knees and enjoyed the trip with my kids. We even experienced the LaHaina Zip Line Tour where we all slid down a cable from one platform to another 8 times overlooking the Maui and the Pacific Ocean. Awesome!
